Hi everyone,

Does anyone know if spotting at FRA is still possible? Is the terrace still shut?

I want to go but don't want to be disappointed when I get there!!

I don't drive so if anyone is able to give me directions to a spot in walking distance i'd be very grateful!!

Hi there, the best thing to do would be to email a local spotter, try emailing through airliners.net or jetphotos.net

Last i heard the main deck was still closed but a smaller "side deck" was open between 10am-5pm, iv never been myself so dont know which deck this is or how true it is,

hopefully someone can send us some details on FRA for the site...

terrace re-opened on August 3rd so yes it is possible

Hi Steve, is the deck only open 10-5 or is it all fully open again ???

Hi Pete

The terrace on Terminal 2 was re-opened on the 3rd August 2007 opening times are 10am - 5pm each day with an entrance fee of around 4 Euros.
